Howdy my friends, we welcome you to the SOTM website. SOTM is the umbrella title for Principle Based Training (PBT) and Leader's by Heart (LBH). These presentations are unique in style and content, they have been difficult to explain to potential audiences. Thus we hope the
following information will help you understand both the uniqueness and the benefits of SOTM/PBT/LBH. We have found very favorable responses from every age group, culture, equine background and social group. Thus we believe that if you have come this far you will find your interest sharpened by the information enclosed. These workshops have been presented in over thirty states and the videos are sold internationally. We are grateful for the many who have made this possible and hope that we can serve your interests as well.
